How it works
Apply and get approved
Tell us about your organization and how you plan to refer. We review every application by hand — approval usually takes a couple of business days.
Share your referral code
You get a unique code and link. Anyone who signs up through it is permanently attributed to you.
They subscribe, you earn
Commission accrues on every monthly payment your referrals actually make, for as long as they stay subscribed.
Get paid monthly
Statements close at the end of each month. We review, then pay to the account on your file.
Straight answers on how commission works
When do I actually start earning?
On your referral’s first real payment. AsparaOS offers a 14-day free trial, and a trial transacts no money — so it earns no commission. The moment they convert to a paid subscription, commission starts.
Is it one-time or recurring?
Recurring. You earn your percentage every month a referred salon pays, for as long as they stay subscribed. There is no cap on the number of months.
What if a salon cancels or gets refunded?
Commission stops when they stop paying. If a payment we already credited is refunded or charged back, the matching commission is reversed on your next statement.
When do I get paid?
Statements close at the end of each calendar month, calculated against payments that actually cleared that month — so a salon paying late still counts, in the month the money arrived. Approved statements are paid to your account on file.
What will I be able to see about my referrals?
Counts, not names. Your portal shows how many salons signed up with your code and how many are currently paying, so you can always check your own earnings — but we never disclose which businesses they are. The salons you refer are our customers, and their identity and account details stay private from every partner.
What do you need from me?
Your organization details, a W-9-equivalent tax ID for 1099 reporting, and a bank account to deposit into. Tax and banking details are encrypted and are never shown in full anywhere in the product.
What we ask of partners
We hold partners to a high standard, and these are the terms most likely to matter to a school. They are conditions of participation, not suggestions.
- —Be who you say you are. We verify identity, authority, and banking before paying anyone.
- —Never present AsparaOS as state-regulated, government-approved, or endorsed by any licensing board. It is ordinary commercial software.
- —Never present it as required for a course, certification, licensure, or graduation, and never tie a student’s grade or completion to signing up.
- —Recommend us as your preferred partner for giving students an affordable start in the industry, rather than the price legacy salon software charges them. Where you do, say plainly that you earn a commission.
- —No spam. No purchased lists, no unsolicited bulk email or texts, no fake reviews, no cookie stuffing.
- —Never contact a business about whether they have subscribed, stayed, or cancelled — and never pressure anyone to keep a subscription your commission depends on.
- —Students and salon owners must always be free to say no.
