Common questions
- Are there any transaction fees?
- None from AsparaOS — we never take a percentage of your bookings or add a markup on payments. You connect your own Stripe or Square account and pay only their standard processing rate, billed directly by them (we never touch it). The only thing you pay AsparaOS is the flat $20.99/month.
- Is there per-seat pricing?
- No. One price covers your entire team — 3 staff or 30 staff, same price. No add-ons, no tiers.
- What happens at the end of my trial?
- You'll be prompted to subscribe. Your data stays safe — nothing is deleted. Subscribe any time to continue.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes, any time. No contracts, no cancellation fees. You keep access until the end of your paid period.
- How does deposit protection work?
- At booking, we place an authorization hold on the client's card for the deposit — reserved, not charged. If they show up, the hold releases automatically when staff scans their QR code. If they no-show or cancel late, it can be captured. You never have to chase anyone down.
