Common questions

Are there any transaction fees?
No. Zero. Your booking revenue is entirely yours. The only fees you pay are your flat monthly subscription.
What's the per-seat pricing?
There isn't one. Full plan is one price for your entire team — 3 staff or 30 staff, same price.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade from Lite to Full, or downgrade from Full to Lite, any time from your billing settings. Changes take effect immediately.
What happens at the end of my trial?
You'll be prompted to choose a plan. Your data stays safe — nothing is deleted. If you don't choose a plan, you'll need to subscribe to continue using the portal.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time. There are no contracts and no cancellation fees. You keep access until the end of your paid period.
How does deposit protection work?
At booking, we place an authorization hold on the client's card for the deposit amount — it's reserved but not charged. If the client shows up, the hold is released automatically when staff scans their QR code. If they no-show or cancel late, the hold can be captured. You never have to chase anyone down.
